We love Brook Barn in the summer but we have to admit that it is truly stunning 'dressed up' for christmas, with candles and lights twinkling against all the wood.

We thought it might be a nice idea for a group of friends to have a break during the weeks leading up to Christmas. It would effectively mean you and your friends having a house party with delicious food, fun and no hassle!
You may not know that The Brook can now be changed into a very comfortable super King size bedroom rather than twin beds so you now have the choice of three doubles or two doubles and a twin.

Our suggestions for a fabulous three day break are:

Day 1
Arrive in time for a delicious Christmas tea in front of the roaring fire.
Take a break and enjoy your complimentary bottle of Champagne.
Enjoy one of our delicious A La Carte Dinners.

Day 2:
After a leisurely breakfast enjoy some shopping in Oxford, Hungerford or Swindon or for those of you sick of Christmas shopping, why not take a walk along the Ridgeway and enjoy the wonderful, wintery views across the countryside or how about a game of golf or a day pampering yourself at the local spa?

Back to Brook Barn in time to enjoy a glass or two of mulled wine and canapés to be followed by our delicious 6 course Gourmet Dinner

Day 3:
Rather than rush off back to the hurly burly of life why not have a Brook Barn Brunch?
This is based on the Brunch that is served in the New York Plaza Hotel so it includes Burgers, Salads and Pasta and will definitely set you up for the rest of the day.
